From the Santa Rosa micro-mill, this Mokka varietyVariety (cultivar)The botanical subtype of the coffee plant — Gesha, Bourbon, SL28 — analogous to grape varieties in wine. A major driver of cup character alongside origin and process. has been grown on Finca Macho before being expertly Reposado processed. This process, combined with the extraordinarily high elevations has made for a complex, clean and bright coffee with a delicate fragrance. Santa Rosa is packaged in our Costa Rica bag as part of our Artist Origin Project.
