When we cupped this coffee we found everything we were hoping for. This coffee has a beautiful tea-like aroma combined with delicate acidityAcidityThe bright, lively, fruit-like sensation in coffee — praise, not a flaw. Citric sparkle, malic apple-crispness, tartaric wine notes; light roasts preserve more of it. and a citric sweetness.
