Iris Estate is an extreme elevation coffee farm in Volcan’s pristine environs, developed according to the Finca Deborah model. It is the latest in Jamison Savage’s pursuit of the perfect cup, with globally recognized collaborators, where they believe all the ideal conditions converge for super-specialty coffee to create itself. Five years strong as partners, Archers is grateful for the great prestige of being in the small circle of world-class roasters entrusted by Jamison to represent his masterful, life’s work.
