Our house coffee is a modern take on traditional espresso, roasted from a blendBlendCoffees from multiple origins roasted or mixed together for a consistent, balanced profile year-round — the traditional backbone of espresso menus. of two standout coffees—Bela Vista from Brazil and Union San Pedro from Mexico. We’ve sourced directly from Antônio Lima Reis at Bela Vista since 2020, while our partnership with Union San Pedro began in 2024. Together, these coffees combine to produce a perfectly balanced brew that captures the essence of both regions. At Bela Vista, Antonio uses a unique intermitted drying process to enhance sweetness and balance. Meanwhile, at Union San Pedro, the team is preserving the legendary Pluma Hidalgo varietyVariety (cultivar)The botanical subtype of the coffee plant — Gesha, Bourbon, SL28 — analogous to grape varieties in wine. A major driver of cup character alongside origin and process. while supporting farmers and fighting poverty. We love the versatility of this coffee. Whether it’s enjoyed straight or paired with milk, expect notes of milk chocolate, medjool, and hazelnut.
