Strawberry, Brown Sugar, Cocoa The Belle Epoque is one of our favorite and also our earliest blends. When we first began experimenting with blending coffees of different origins and processing methods, we wanted to create a balanced, multi-purpose coffee that would shine as drip, espresso, or iced and have that “special” something. The result was this coffee, the blendBlendCoffees from multiple origins roasted or mixed together for a consistent, balanced profile year-round — the traditional backbone of espresso menus. of a rich, chocolate-y Central or South American (rotates seasonally) and a clean, fruit-forward naturally processed Ethiopian. The Belle Epoque blend tastes equally good black or with milk. In lattes and cappuccinos, the flavor reminds us of strawberries and cream.
