Grown from the same cooperative as our Grade II, but up to 400 meters higher above sea level, this coffee maintains a level of sweetness and creamy texture that is unmatched. We find this coffee to be best enjoyed as a medium to dark roast using a French Press, or a light to medium in a pour over.
