Beatriz Aparecida de Souza Guimarães and her family grow coffee on their farm Fazenda Lavrinha at 1150 masl in the municipality of Patrocinio, Minas Gerais. Her coffee’s placed as a finalist in the Doce Cerrado category of the 2025 Expocacer Champions Stage for the 2024/25 harvest. This is now a 5th generation family business with Beatriz’s two sons graduating in Agronomy to further grow the business and improve quality.
