This lot is grown at elevations of 1,500-1,600 masl. on Nery Pablo's 1 hectare farm Paya . Nery cultivates local varieties including CaturraCaturraA natural dwarf mutation of Bourbon found in Brazil: compact plants, easier picking, bright and clean cup. A workhorse across Latin America. and BourbonBourbonOne of the two foundational arabica varieties (with Typica), named after Île Bourbon (Réunion). Sweet, balanced, caramel-leaning; parent of countless modern cultivars. under shade of Chalum, Avocado and fruit trees. Nery is a second generation farmer, taking on his family's farm in 2010. By Joining the cooperativa El Sendaro, he has accessed agronomy training through workshops and premium markets to sell his coffee.
