Our relationship with the Trujillo family began four years ago with a Pink BourbonBourbonOne of the two foundational arabica varieties (with Typica), named after Île Bourbon (Réunion). Sweet, balanced, caramel-leaning; parent of countless modern cultivars. from Carlos Trujillo, who has been in coffee for over 50 years. He's since passed the farm to his daughter Paola, who built Patio Bonito around three guiding principles: food security, soil stewardship, and exceptional coffee.
