Sourced from Hacienda La Esmeralda in Panama, this coffee continues our tradition of offering exceptional quality. Its natural processing method, involving long and slow drying of red coffee cherries, brings out its unique flavour. Each batch of our Esmeralda Special Natural Gesha, including this exquisite selection from the Cabaña plot, reflects the meticulous care taken in its production. The extended 41-day drying process, finished with a precise 18-hour mechanical drying, delivers a coffee that not only highlights the inherent sweetness and floral qualities of the Gesha varietyVariety (cultivar)The botanical subtype of the coffee plant — Gesha, Bourbon, SL28 — analogous to grape varieties in wine.
