Rodeo is nostalgic & simple. Simple to brew, simple to drink. We pushed the development well into medium which results in a classic coffee profile. With Rodeo you won’t be left wondering what flavor notesTasting notesThe flavors a roaster perceives in the cup — 'jasmine, apricot, black tea'. Descriptive associations, not ingredients: nothing is added to the coffee. you’re tasting. Dark chocolate is the backdrop, with strong caramel playing the lead. This is the coffee you throw in your hand me down thermos at 5:30 am to get to the pond while the fish are still biting. It’s the coffee you serve when your dad comes to visit or when you’re sitting around a camp fire or when you feel like making pancakes on a Sunday morning.
