'Earthy, intense and rich - classic washedWashed processThe fruit is removed from the seed before drying, usually with fermentation and a water rinse. Tends to give clean, transparent cups where origin character shows clearly. Rwandan coffee' In the cup, you'll find stewed red fruits, a very pleasing orange acidityAcidityThe bright, lively, fruit-like sensation in coffee — praise, not a flaw. Citric sparkle, malic apple-crispness, tartaric wine notes; light roasts preserve more of it. and a delicious brown sugar sweetness. The hint of nutmeg in the finish reminds me a lot of washed Rwandan coffee from a few years back - and that's a very good thing. . This is coffee for those of you that like your brews a bit more robust. It's heavy, full-bodied and intense. Amazing as people pleasing espresso, or in a bean to cup machine, or perfect for your Sunday morning cafetière.
