Character

Finca San Gabriel, HGCC's first Colombian entry into the Small Batch Series, is a washed coffee cultivated by a group of dedicated producers in the upper part of the Palestina municipality in Huila, Colombia . Grown at around 1,700 masl under shade and native trees, this lot features a blend of Caturra and Tabi varieties selected across 2,750 hectares. The microclimate of this region results in a cup that stands out for its bright acidity, delicate body, and well-balanced complexity, traits that set it apart from other coffees in Huila.
