This year we've had some amazing coffees, but this Sidra stands out... Cherries handpicked at peak ripeness, depulped, and fermented for 36 hours. After washing, the coffee is dried for 18 - 22 days, producing a clean, bright, and expressive cup with refined structure and clarity.
