Coopedota is a farmer cooperative in Costa Rica that has been bringing some of the country's best coffees to market since 1960 and collaborating with Intelligentsia since 2005. In 2023, Coopedota did something it had never done before — it challenged the 32 women who participate in its microlotMicrolotA small, separately processed and traded parcel of coffee — often a single day's picking from one plot — kept apart because it's exceptional. program to produce the very best coffees they could, then combined them in its first-ever women's coffees. This lot represents the hard work of 18 of Coopedota's most accomplished female members.
