Tasting notes

We have been traveling to the rolling hills of Santa María de Dota since 2005, and working with the leadership of the Coopedota cooperative to source the best coffees the region has to offer. This year, after several seasons sourcing exclusively small, single-farm lots of exotic varieties that emphasize the flavors of specific varieties, we added larger, community-based lots of more traditional varieties back into the mix to offer a taste of place.
