Origin Story This lot is uncommon: it comes from a single small-scale grower in Ethiopia, where most people's small daily harvests are bulked with others to create larger lots. Alemu Beraso's coffee was separated from the rest of the coffee at the washing stationWashing stationA central mill where many smallholder farmers deliver cherry for processing. In Ethiopia, Kenya, and Rwanda the station name (e.g. Idido) often identifies the coffee. where it was processed, then dried in the fruit to create pronounced berry flavors.
