Brought to us by our partners at Bon Café, this lot is a single-farm selection from Juan Pascual's El Ocotal in La Laguna, Lempira. Bon Café works with smallholderSmallholderA farmer growing coffee on a small family plot — often under two hectares. Most of the world's coffee is grown this way, typically pooled at cooperatives or washing stations. farmers across Honduras and helps connect them with buyers to build long-term relationships. This is our first year sourcing from Juan Pascual and this release marks our first of the season from Honduras. It stood out for its sweetness, balance, and complexity.
