This is our second consecutive release from our long-time Direct Trade partners at Bon Café. It was grown by German Antonio Mejia on his farm La Pila in Lempira, Honduras, an area renowned for its high quality coffees. His farm has several varieties, including BourbonBourbonOne of the two foundational arabica varieties (with Typica), named after Île Bourbon (Réunion). Sweet, balanced, caramel-leaning; parent of countless modern cultivars. and two Cattura hybrids: Lempira and IHCAFE 90.
