Gives heavier body and big fruit flavors — think berries and wine — sometimes with a fermenty edge., with lots of brown sugar sweetness and a balanced honeydew melon acidityAcidityThe bright, lively, fruit-like sensation in coffee — praise, not a flaw. Citric sparkle, malic apple-crispness, tartaric wine notes; light roasts preserve more of it.. This great natural lot from Abdul Sherif in Western Limmu Kossa District is well rounded with some delicious red fruit notes on the finish.
