Bright Eyed Espresso is our newest foundational pillar, and it accomplishes just that. Built from a completely different profile & regions than our do-it-all espresso blendBlendCoffees from multiple origins roasted or mixed together for a consistent, balanced profile year-round — the traditional backbone of espresso menus., 7-10 Split, Bright Eyed is finely tailored to be used as a black coffee and enjoyed as an espresso, americano, or long black. It is sweet & citrusy while still being well balanced. It is higher in acid while using two wonderful components of washedWashed processThe fruit is removed from the seed before drying, usually with fermentation and a water rinse. Tends to give clean, transparent cups where origin character shows clearly. Peru & Ethiopia lots. And it's an extension of building more foundational relationships from farms & producers, in which we have loved to worked with for years. For a long time we have wanted to create a new coffee that could be a parallel our daily driver, and this complements its predecessor perfectly. Bright Eyed is a welcome addition to LVC's offer list, and will be enjoyed by anyone who loves their espressos sweet and bright.
