Red Catucai from Inacio! Inacio has continued to be one of our favorite producers in Brazil and has not let up in leading the charge in Mata de Minas where he has continued to develop the growing, harvesting, and processing practices among other producers in the region with the JS Project. His coffees continue to showcase their incredible work and dedication, which is what makes us so excited to keep the stream of coffees coming from Inacio and his team.
