Janson 356! The 356 lot is grown at the famous Los Alpes farm at 1700 masl and undergoes a natural processNatural processThe whole cherry is dried with the fruit still on the seed. Gives heavier body and big fruit flavors — think berries and wine — sometimes with a fermenty edge. with a 72 hour fermentation. It is then sun dried on a patio and drum dryer for 15 days.
