The Janson X – 526 undergoes a hybrid washed processWashed processThe fruit is removed from the seed before drying, usually with fermentation and a water rinse. Tends to give clean, transparent cups where origin character shows clearly. for 48 hours then is transferred to be dried in our collaboration X dryers. This lot is grown at the Hacienda farm at 1350 masl and is tasting like green tea, lemongrass and sencha!
