The Janson X – 527 undergoes a hybrid washed processWashed processThe fruit is removed from the seed before drying, usually with fermentation and a water rinse. Tends to give clean, transparent cups where origin character shows clearly. for 72 hours then is transferred to be dried in our collaboration X dryers. This lot is grown at the Hacienda farm at 1350 masl and is tasting like black currant, violet and white rose! Available as both filter and espresso roastEspresso / omni roastAn 'espresso roast' is developed further for extraction under pressure; an 'omni roast' is profiled to work for both espresso and filter from one bag.!
