Tends to give clean, transparent cups where origin character shows clearly. is back at the original “Home of TyOxy”! This is one of the most special coffees we get to launch, not just for its insane quality, but because of the great relationship we have gotten to form with Pepe over the years! This coffee blows us away every single time and this time around, things are no different! Incredible cotton candy sweetness, with the floral and citrus notes to go along with it – we’ll be drinking a lot of this here at the roastery! Just like the SyOxy currently on the list, we will offer this for both filter and espresso!
