More GeishaGesha (Geisha)A rare, jasmine-and-bergamot scented variety originally from Ethiopia's Gesha forest, made famous by Panama's Hacienda La Esmeralda. Routinely the most expensive coffee at auction. from José Giraldo! This one comes from the Pino Alto plot in Jose’s high altitude farm, Finca Las Marias. Just like the Green Tip Geisha released last cycle and the newly dropped Mokka, these three coffees are also naturally processed and the addition of these two makes the total count of FIVE coffees on our current list coming from Jose! Safe to say we are loving the work and partnership we have with Cafe 1959! This one is tasting like mango, peach and white tea with a juicyAcidityThe bright, lively, fruit-like sensation in coffee — praise, not a flaw. Citric sparkle, malic apple-crispness, tartaric wine notes; light roasts preserve more of it. mouthfeelBodyThe weight and texture of coffee in the mouth, from tea-like and delicate to syrupy and heavy. Driven by process, roast, variety, and brew method.! Available for both filter and espresso!
