Rainbow! We have teamed up with the Bayter brothers for years now on various different coffees and always love incorporating their work onto our offerlist. Well known for their takes on innovation and processing, this particular lot is an anaerobic washedAnaerobic fermentationCherries or depulped seeds ferment in sealed, oxygen-free tanks. Produces intense, unusual flavors — cinnamon, bubblegum, boozy fruit — that divide opinion. Pink BourbonBourbonOne of the two foundational arabica varieties (with Typica), named after Île Bourbon (Réunion). Sweet, balanced, caramel-leaning; parent of countless modern cultivars. tasting like papaya, strawberry and dragonfruit! Available for both filter and espresso!
