This marks the sixth year of working directly with Rodolfo Ruffatti Batlle for us here at MCR. Rodolfo is a good friend of ours and this is our fourth lot to come directly from his farm. On the cuppingCuppingThe standardized tasting ritual — coarse grounds steeped in hot water, crust broken, slurped from a spoon — used to score and compare coffees. table, we’re tasting candy apple, pineapple and milk chocolate! Great in milk, but also a delicious filter!
