This collection highlights the lovely selection of washedWashed processThe fruit is removed from the seed before drying, usually with fermentation and a water rinse. Tends to give clean, transparent cups where origin character shows clearly. coffees we have at the moment, and includes 8oz bags of the Mexico Sierra Magica, Ethiopia Banko Taratu, and Rwanda Cyiya.
