Coffee producers here typically cultivate their coffee on less than 5 acres of land in the cool mountain climates, highly suitable for specialty coffee. Once coffee is harvested, it is processed at their own micro-wet mills and then dried on site to a safe moisture content before final processing at an offsite dry mill. Colombia’s main harvest season is during the months of October and January. However, growing regions in this country are large enough with varying climate shifts, lending to a fly crop that happens between April and June. Also available as a Dark Roast .
