This deeply sweet washedWashed processThe fruit is removed from the seed before drying, usually with fermentation and a water rinse. Tends to give clean, transparent cups where origin character shows clearly. coffee from the northern Chalatenango Mountains is one of our favorite annual offerings. Finca Santa Rosa is owned by our good friend, Jorge Rivera, whom we have been working with for seven years. Grape and rose are the most forward notes in the cup, starting the journey of this complex flavor profile. This is available in a pack of six pre-portioned bags of soluble coffee, which will readily dissolve into hot water or your preferred milk product.
