Produced by the legendary Jamison Savage, this anaerobic naturalAnaerobic fermentationCherries or depulped seeds ferment in sealed, oxygen-free tanks. Produces intense, unusual flavors — cinnamon, bubblegum, boozy fruit — that divide opinion. GeshaGesha (Geisha)A rare, jasmine-and-bergamot scented variety originally from Ethiopia's Gesha forest, made famous by Panama's Hacienda La Esmeralda. Routinely the most expensive coffee at auction. has been featured on the competition stage for many seasons. With notes of strawberry and rose, this Gesha is bright and tart, with the delicate and elegant florals you’d come to expect from a top Gesha grown in Panama. After tasting this coffee in Panama early this year, we reserved this as the inaugural Echelon offering from Jamison and his team.
