Gives heavier body and big fruit flavors — think berries and wine — sometimes with a fermenty edge., sugar-dense coffee that binds to the fats and creates multiple complex caramelized notes during the roasting process. Look for bakers chocolate and undertones of viscous black fruits. Enjoy as drip or espresso.
