This year, we’re sharing a series of different varieties from the Caxambu farm, each transported via our Shipped by Sail project. This naturally processed BourbonBourbonOne of the two foundational arabica varieties (with Typica), named after Île Bourbon (Réunion). Sweet, balanced, caramel-leaning; parent of countless modern cultivars. lot shows soft fruit notes, complemented by vanilla. *Coffee will be sent out in our mailer bags
