This wonderful coffee comes from the red clay hills of Ngozi, Burundi. Bavyeyi - which means "parents" in Kirundi - represents around 600 total producers, led by and largely comprised of women. Gives heavier body and big fruit flavors — think berries and wine — sometimes with a fermenty edge. processing brings delicious fruit notes that invoke plump berries and decadent vanilla cream. We're tasting tropical Starburst candies along with strawberry, blackberry, yellow peach, blood orange, and vanilla in a full-bodied cup - an excellent profile either hot or iced.
