Only appearing near Inzá, Cauca, it appears to be a local cultivar that is uniquely well-adapted to the region's highest elevations. A sweet, resonant coffee, we're tasting flavors of watermelon candy, strawberry, and cherry, subtle florals, and buttery caramel. This will make an excellent filter coffee or a wonderful seasonal espresso.
