Las Moritas is the distinguished farm of Higinio and Aura Gómez. Located northeast of Guatemala City in the Sierra de las Minas, Las Moritas has been the source of some of our favorite coffees over the years. This lot, produced in collaboration with Los Volcanes, is from an exceptional harvest of a varietyVariety (cultivar)The botanical subtype of the coffee plant — Gesha, Bourbon, SL28 — analogous to grape varieties in wine.
