This is the third time that we’ve featured a coffee from producer Marilyn Laucata, whose four-hectare farm, Finca Agua Dulce, dedicates over half of its area to the organic production of bourbonBourbonOne of the two foundational arabica varieties (with Typica), named after Île Bourbon (Réunion).
