Citric sparkle, malic apple-crispness, tartaric wine notes; light roasts preserve more of it.. Tangy lime peel and berry compote are accompanied by additional flavors of dried pineapple and a subtly spiced molasses-like quality that amplifies the overall sweetness as the coffee cools.
