Mario’s coffee is a bomb and this year’s Pacamara doesn’t disappoint. The Pacamara has been so solid that it placed 3rd at this year’s Best of Panama varietal competition. This omniroast has been optimized for filter, but a well trained barista will definitely be able to pull tasty shots with it.
