Gachika AB is our first Kenyan coffee of the new harvest season, and this also went to our monthly subscribers first! Our Kenyan coffees are looking quite limited this year, so don't miss out! This coffee is more on the "orange fruits" side with apricot, peach, and mango flavors, with a bit of the classic Kenyan savory restraint. Also available green for home roasters! All the coffee cherries delivered to the factory undergo the washed processWashed processThe fruit is removed from the seed before drying, usually with fermentation and a water rinse.
