This may be Prodigal's final new-crop Kenya of the latest harvest season, and it's really standing out! Unusual for Kenya, this is a single-estateSingle originCoffee from one traceable place — a country at the loosest, a single farm or lot at the strictest — rather than a blend of sources. AA lot instead of the usual large co-op coffees. This coffee has super ripe flavors of blackberry and cranberry, along with that signature Kenyan "big" quality. Also unique to this coffee is that it's a classic SL-28SL28A Kenyan variety selected in the 1930s by Scott Agricultural Laboratories, prized for intense blackcurrant acidity and deep sweetness. & SL-34SL34SL28's sibling selection, also from Kenya's Scott Labs. Slightly less celebrated but hardier, with a similar juicy, complex cup. separation. This coffee means business. Limited lot, don't wait!
