This is the green, unroasted version of our Nensebo NaturalNatural processThe whole cherry is dried with the fruit still on the seed. This is a new relationship for us, and we hope to feature many more coffees from future harvests. This coffee was naturally processed - ripe cherries were picked and then tried on raised beds for 2 weeks. After that, the coffee was milled, sorted by machine and then again by hand.
