The higher scores they received were significant enough to roll out this new processing on all coffees going forwards. One of these special lots won Nyagashiha 20th place in the Cup of ExcellenceCup of Excellence (COE)A national competition and auction that identifies a country's best lots each year; winning 'COE' lots command dramatic price premiums. in 2019.
