Allen moved to Kenya from South Africa and travelled for two days from Nairobi to the area that would later become Thika. Today, Chania Estate is planted with several coffee varieties, including the very rare SL14, and is also one of the only estates that produce high scoring naturalNatural processThe whole cherry is dried with the fruit still on the seed.
