Sweet, balanced, caramel-leaning; parent of countless modern cultivars. here as he prefers the flavor profile to their red-fruited siblings. He also only produces natural processed coffees and has it down to an art. This coffee reaches beyond the stereotypical Brazilian profile with complex floral and red berry flavors.
