Graciano Cruz is something of an enigma. A scientist, coffee producer, party animal, visionary, and ecologist. It's impossible to succinctly describe him - there aren't enough words. He's a wild man – and we think he's awesome! In addition to his two farms in Panama, Graciano also operates in El Salvador and works on projects in Ethiopia, Peru, Taiwan, and Brazil. The highest sections of Los Lajones sit at a staggering 2,100 metres above sea level, and it’s on these upper sections that Graciano's GeishaGesha (Geisha)A rare, jasmine-and-bergamot scented variety originally from Ethiopia's Gesha forest, made famous by Panama's Hacienda La Esmeralda.
