He mainly grows CaturraCaturraA natural dwarf mutation of Bourbon found in Brazil: compact plants, easier picking, bright and clean cup. A workhorse across Latin America. and BourbonBourbonOne of the two foundational arabica varieties (with Typica), named after Île Bourbon (Réunion). Sweet, balanced, caramel-leaning; parent of countless modern cultivars., but he's also into experimenting with new hybrids. Lazaro’s committed to looking after the land—maintaining both the coffee plants and the surrounding native forest. Coffee growing’s his livelihood, and he takes pride in producing top-notch beans.
