NORIA 4 FB WAS HARVESTED ON FEBRUARY 22ND, 2025 FROM THE NORIA LOT AT ESMERALDA’S JARAMILLO FARM — ONE OF THE ORIGINAL SITES WHERE GEISHA WAS FIRST PLANTED IN PANAMA. AFTER DEPULPING, THE COFFEE WAS FERMENTED FOR 72 HOURS IN A LOW-TEMP ROOM, THEN SLOWLY DRIED OVER 22 DAYS ON RAISED BEDS. THE PROCESS BRINGS OUT DELICATE LAYERS OF JASMINE, STONE FRUIT, AND A RICH THREAD OF BROWN SUGAR. A STANDOUT COFFEE FROM A FARM THAT CONTINUES TO SHAPE THE FUTURE OF GEISHA.
